  • Contact form: name, email, phone, company, and message content.
  • Booking form: name, email, phone, company, preferred date/time, and notes.
  • Usage data: pages visited, referring site, screen size, and campaign parameters (UTM) collected by our privacy-friendly first-party analytics. No cookies are used for this.
  • Technical data: IP address and user-agent, used for security and spam prevention only.

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide consulting services.
  • To confirm and manage consultation appointments.
  • To improve our website and marketing effectiveness.
  • To prevent fraud and abuse (e.g., spam submissions).

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data based on your consent (submitting a form or booking), the performance of a contract (providing consulting services), and our legitimate interests (security and website improvement).

5. Storage & retention

Data is stored in Cloudflare D1 (US region). We keep contact and appointment records for up to 3 years for business relationship management, after which they are deleted. Analytics data is retained for 90 days.

6. Sharing

We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers that operate our website and email delivery (Cloudflare, and our email provider), and only as needed to provide our services. We may disclose data where required by law.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing antonio@globalideals.us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Cookies

Our site does not set tracking cookies by default. If Google Analytics is enabled, it may set cookies to measure audience; you can block them in your browser settings. The site works fully without cookies.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated "last updated" date.
